IB LEAP - CANCELLATION POLICY

1. CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT

• Users may cancel a booking request before completing the payment process.
• Once payment has been successfully completed, the booking is considered confirmed and reserved, and cancellation is not permitted.

2. NO CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT

Due to the nature of our services, which involve scheduling and reserving tutor time slots, cancellations are not permitted once a booking has been confirmed through payment.

Users are advised to carefully review the following before completing payment:

• Subject selection
• Tutor selection
• Time zone
• Schedule and number of sessions

3. RESERVED TUTOR TIME SLOTS

When a session is booked, a tutor's time is exclusively reserved for the student. As a result, confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled once payment is made.

4. RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling of sessions may be permitted at the sole discretion of ibleap.com, subject to tutor availability and reasonable advance notice.

Approval of rescheduling requests is not guaranteed.

5. MISSED SESSIONS

If a student fails to attend a scheduled session at the agreed time, the session may be considered completed, and no cancellation, refund, or rescheduling will be provided.

6. TECHNICAL OR PLATFORM ISSUES

In the event that a session cannot be conducted due to a technical issue on the platform's side, ibleap.com may choose to:

• Reschedule the session, or
• Provide an appropriate remedy at its discretion.

7. CANCELLATION BY IBLEAP.COM

ibleap.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session in situations including but not limited to:

• Tutor unavailability
• Technical disruptions
• Unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, the session may be rescheduled or refunded, depending on the situation.

8. POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By making a payment on ibleap.com, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.
