1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of IB Leap ("Platform") available at https://ibleap.com. The Platform is owned and operated by Songbird Fusion Labs Private Limited, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
2. NATURE OF SERVICES
IB Leap provides educational support services for students in Grades 9-12, including academic mentoring, online sessions, learning resources, assessments, and related tools. The Company may modify or discontinue services at its discretion.
3. ELIGIBILITY & MINOR USERS
IB Leap is intended for students typically aged 14-18. Individuals under 18 are minors under Indian law. Parental or legal guardian consent is mandatory. Parents/guardians accept responsibility for the minor's use of the Platform and related payments.
4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
Users must provide accurate information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials. Parents/guardians remain responsible for minor account activity.
5. PAYMENTS & CROSS-BORDER TRANSACTIONS
Payments must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian for minors. International payments may be processed in foreign currency through authorized gateways in compliance with FEMA, RBI regulations, and applicable international laws. Currency conversion and bank fees are borne by the payer. Applicable taxes including GST may apply.
6. SESSION ATTENDANCE & RESCHEDULING
Students are expected to join scheduled sessions on time. If a student fails to attend a scheduled session or joins significantly late, the session may be considered completed. IB Leap is not obligated to reschedule or refund missed sessions.
Rescheduling requests may be permitted at the Company's discretion and are subject to tutor availability and reasonable prior notice. The Company reserves the right to deny or limit rescheduling requests, including in cases of repeated changes by the user.
7. REFUNDS
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy published on the Platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the Refund Policy, fees paid for booked sessions or programs are non-refundable once services have commenced.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, curriculum, branding, videos, and software are the exclusive property of the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
9. USER CONDUCT & RECORDING
Users must not engage in harassment, share unlawful content, record sessions without authorization, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform. Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written permission from the Company. This includes any screen recordings, screenshots, or redistribution of learning materials or tutor communications outside the Platform.
10. DISCLAIMER
IB Leap provides educational support services and does not guarantee academic results, admissions, or career outcomes. Services are provided on an "as is" basis.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant program. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government actions, or tutor illness or unavailability. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to resume services or provide alternative arrangements where feasible.
13. INTERNATIONAL USERS
Users outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
For complaints, contact support@ibleap.com. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days where applicable.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
The Company may modify these Terms from time to time, and any updated version will be published on the Platform with the revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
