1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The service purchased was not delivered due to a technical issue on our side.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same service.
- The service was not activated within the promised time frame due to an internal issue.
- Refund requests are submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The service has already been successfully delivered or activated.
- The request is made after the refund eligibility period.
- Issues are caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
- The user changes their mind after purchase.
- Misuse or violation of our Terms of Service or Terms & Conditions.

- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund request
Our team will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days.
4. REFUND METHOD
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days.
